Each time we complete a WordPress support task, our customers have the opportunity to rate us and leave a comment. A Happiness Score is calculated from the ratings and we take it very seriously (thanks to the good people at HelpScout for this metric). View all of our past Happiness Reports here.

August was a busy month (end of summer) but we still managed a Happiness Score of 99! I’ll be adding some additional metrics to these reports because they help showcase our strengths and provide accountability for things we can improve on. In July, we had another perfect Happiness Score! I may be a little biased but I think we have the best WordPress support team on the planet. Our customer base is growing, response times are shrinking and happiness is abundant!
